We are Still Here!!

Haven't blogged in a while. We are just getting into the routine of school and all of our activities again. Fun stuff coming up, trip to Disneyland over fall break, and of course Halloween and all of those fall fun activities. Also, Madi should be having some performances with KE soon and holiday recitals, etc.. Just hi for now, hope everyone is well.

1st Grade!!!

Well, she did it!! Madi is officially a 1st grader. She did so well this morning. She was a little nervous at first. She only has 1 kid in her class from last year. I told her it was ok to be nervous, but she would see her old friends at recess and she would make new ones in her class. As soon as we got to school and she saw familiar faces, she was fine. I was trying to get pictures and she threw her stuff down and ran to the playground! So Proud of my Madi. Here's to a great School Year!

More Sumer Fun!

Just a few more pics of a few highlights of the summer. It has gone by so fast. I can't believe school is here already. My baby is a 1st grader!! I am so proud of her and I love her to pieces!! She has been having a fun relaxing summer. Also, she has been working hard in gymnastics. She has had some private lessons over the summer to try and catch up so she can try out for the competition team next year.She has improved so much already. Bella is also in dance and gymnastics and is learning so much too. I am starting to see some of her sister's sassiness in her too (uh oh). I have been working with Bella on her ABC's over the summer. We are using Madi's flashcards and she is catching on quick. She is gonna be totally ready for Kinder! Hope you all had as fun and relaxing of a summer as we did!!

Eliana's 1st Birthday!

My friend from work, Cossete, has an adorable daughter, Eliana. We got invited to her 1st birthday party.Man what a party. There were games, tons of prizes, Minnie mouse decorations and swimming. I only got a few pics but we had so much fun. Happy 1st Birthday Sweet Girl!!

Summer Fun 2012!!

We have had a great summer. I couldn't wait for it to get here so we could do lots of activities and have things back to the way they were before school. We have been swimming a lot, hanging out with friends, doing crafts,having birthday's, and so much more. 

We went to see my parents at the beginning of July. My sister Christy, my niece Embrie, and my brother-in-law Jimmy came to town for a while. Jimmy was being deployed to Japan (yikes!) so they came to Lake Havasu and then to Phoenix before they left. We had a blast. Spent a lot of time by the pool, and the girls loved seeing their cousin. Bella's 1st trip to the Dentist!!

Bella turned 3 and it was time to see the dentist. I had to work so Billy took her. He said she did great, and from the pics he took, it looks like she had fun!!

4th of July

We had a pretty laid back 4th this year. We hung out at home most of the day and ate snacks!! I made red and blue pancakes with eggs and bacon for breakfast. After dinner, we headed to Billy's building in Tempe to watch the fireworks. We got to Tempe just as they were closing all the streets off!! We had to park and walk, boy was it hot!! Billy flagged down a rickshaw to take us the last little bit, and we made it in time!! It was an awesome show. We went to the 7th floor of his building and watched out of a huge window. We could even see them setting the fireworks off!! After we were out of money so we had to walk the whole way back to the car. The girls were so exhausted they passed out on the way home. The woke up for a bit to have some jello dessert, though! Happy 4th (a little late)
